Whether you are looking for a traditional Yoga class, Shamanic healing or a combination of both, Bekah is honored to share her experience and tools with you. Specific offerings for both Yoga and Shamanism are listed below and if you would like to mix a little bit of everything, just let Bekah know and she will create a special blend just for you!

For Yoga, Bekah specializes in:
Restorative Yoga: As taught by Judith lasater, this is a much needed style that emphasizes deep relaxation through long held poses supported by a plethora of props. Very powerful for anyone, but especially useful for the over-anxious, stressed out, sick, tired or coming back from injury.

Vinyasa Flow: from beginners to advanced, this style connects breath and movement for increased detoxification, strength, flexibility and a much calmer mind.

Chandra Flow Yoga: "Chandra" is Sanskrit for moon. Inspired by Adelheid Ohlig, Vicki Noble & Vicki Howie, Bekah combines the fluidity of Vinyasa Flow and the deep surrender of restorative poses with the current lunar cycle and female shamanic principles for an incredible practice. This style is geared towards shfting our societal focus of linear, active, masculine and solar to the the cyclical, receptive, feminine and lunar.

For traditional Yoga instruction, pricing starts at $60 an hour

Shamanic healing is usually contingent upon direction from spirit so if you would just like to book an open session where a variety of tools and healing modalities can be used please email me.

Ceremonies and rituals are priced based on group size, length of ceremony/ritual and amount of guidance desired. Here are the ceremonies/rituals available:
Women's mysteries (menarche, bridal blessing, mother blessing, croning)
Lunar rituals & ceremonies (new and full moon)
Seasonal rituals & ceremonies (equinox, solstices & cross quarter days)

Other offerings~

House Clearings & Blessings
If you have just moved in to a new home and want to welcome spirit, you may be interested in a house blessing. If you move  to or live somewhere and you sense negativity, you may want a house clearing. Price based on location.

Altar creation
An altar is a battery used in many shamanic traditions for bringing spirit into your space and also acts as a battery to help you recharge, release, balance and receive guidance. For guidance in creating, placing and using your own personal sacred altar please contact Bekah for pricing. 

Marriage Ceremony
Bekah is an ordained minister and loves holding space for the sacred union of marriage. She writes and designs her own ceremonies specifically for each couple. Pricing discussed during consultation.
